Caramel Apple Martini

2 oz caramel vodka
2 oz apple juice or apple cider

caramel sauce

Drizzle inside of chilled martini glass with caramel sauce.

Combine vodka & apple juice in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended.
Strain into glass.

Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Martini

2 oz caramel vodka
2 oz Godiva or other chocolate liquor
caramel sauce
crushed sea salt

Pour a little caramel sauce on one saucer, put crushed sea salt on another. Dip chilled martini glass first in caramel sauce, then in salt.

Drizzle inside of chilled martini glass with caramel sauce.

Combine both liquors in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended.
Strain into glass.

Coconut Lemon Bomb

2 oz. Seven Seas Coconut rum
2 oz. Limoncello
1/2 oz Ginger liqueur (Canton or other)
splash of Pelligrino

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into chilled glasses. Float a thin curl of fresh lemon peel & a few pieces of shredded coconut in center for garnish.

Down & Dirty Dry Martini

3 oz. fine vodka
1/2 - 1 oz. olive juice (liquid from your favorite high end olives)
optional splash of Lillet Blanc if you are feeling Bond-ish

2 garlic stuffed manzanilla olives
2 feta (or blue cheese) stuffed manzanilla olives

Combine all ingredients except olives in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into chilled glass.

Skewer 4 olives, alternating garlic with cheese stuffed, & set at a jaunty angle in your glass.

Christmas Cactus

2 oz. reposado tequila
1 tsp agave syrup
2 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. pomegranate juice

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into chilled glass. Float fresh pomegranate seeds in center for garnish.

Classic Black Heels (Blackberry/Hendricks Martini)

6 fresh blackberries

2 oz Hendricks Gin
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Canton Ginger Liquor

Muddle 4 of the blackberries in the bottom of your shaker. Add cracked ice. Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with reserved blackberries skewered on a pick.

1 oz hazelnut liquor (Frangelico, et al)
2 oz Godiva or other chocolate liquor

chocolate syrup
crushed hazelnuts

Wet outer rim of chilled martini glass with syrup & dip in crushed hazelnuts to coat.

Combine all liquors in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended.
Strain into glass.

1 oz. lemonade

Basil Lemon Drop

5 large fresh basil leaves

2 oz Vodka
2 oz Lemonade*

Muddle basil leaves in bottom of shaker. (Or use pestle to bruise the leaves.) Add cracked ice to shaker; pour in vodka, then lemonade; shake well. Strain into glass. Garnish with small basil leaf.

*Or substitute 1 oz Limoncello for half the Lemonade

2 oz green apple schnapps (ie. Sour Apple Pucker)

Wet outer rim of martini glass with water & dip in coarse sugar to coat.

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into glass. Float a splash of grenadine in the center. (The grenadine will sink to create a green & red Holiday delight!)

1 oz vodka
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz white chocolate liquor
1/2 oz white creme de menthe or peppermint schnapps

crushed candy cane
mini candy cane

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into glass. Hang a mini candy cane over the rim for garnish.
