Baci-tini

1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz hazelnut liquor (Frangelico, et al)
2 oz Godiva or other chocolate liquor

chocolate syrup
crushed hazelnuts

Wet outer rim of chilled martini glass with syrup & dip in crushed hazelnuts to coat.

Combine all liquors in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended.
Strain into glass.

Please remind me to make you a batch of bacon infused vodka when I get back. Uncle Jerry called it liquid meat. Sounds gross, think of the possibilities. Chocolate bacon martini, bloody bacon Mary (like a liquid blt). This is the ONLY use that I have for meat, but it makes a great gift and our dog VERY happy when I use the drained fat and give him the slices of humanely raised, crispy left over bacon.
