2 oz. pineapple juice
Add all ingredients to shaker with cracked ice. Shake well; strain into chilled glass. Garnish with orchid.

Each recipe makes one 4 oz. martini. Simply double the amounts for martinis for two!
Oh, & to be honest, these are really just great mixed drinks, shaken with cracked ice, & served up in fancy martini glasses!
