Caramel Apple Martini

2 oz caramel vodka
2 oz apple juice or apple cider

caramel sauce

Drizzle inside of chilled martini glass with caramel sauce.

Combine vodka & apple juice in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended.
Strain into glass.

Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Martini

2 oz caramel vodka
2 oz Godiva or other chocolate liquor
caramel sauce
crushed sea salt

Pour a little caramel sauce on one saucer, put crushed sea salt on another. Dip chilled martini glass first in caramel sauce, then in salt.

Drizzle inside of chilled martini glass with caramel sauce.

Combine both liquors in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended.
Strain into glass.

Down & Dirty Dry Martini

3 oz. fine vodka
1/2 - 1 oz. olive juice (liquid from your favorite high end olives)
optional splash of Lillet Blanc if you are feeling Bond-ish

2 garlic stuffed manzanilla olives
2 feta (or blue cheese) stuffed manzanilla olives

Combine all ingredients except olives in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into chilled glass.

Skewer 4 olives, alternating garlic with cheese stuffed, & set at a jaunty angle in your glass.

Tiramisu-tini

2 oz Rumchata
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz Godiva or other chocolate liquor

chocolate syrup

Drizzle inside of chilled martini glass with chocolate syrup.

Combine all liquors in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended.
Strain into glass.

Baci-tini

1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz hazelnut liquor (Frangelico, et al)
2 oz Godiva or other chocolate liquor

chocolate syrup
crushed hazelnuts

Wet outer rim of chilled martini glass with syrup & dip in crushed hazelnuts to coat.

Combine all liquors in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended.
Strain into glass.

Chocolate Kiss

2 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz dark chocolate liquor

chocolate candy kiss

Place candy kiss in the center of martini glass.

Combine all ingredients except candy in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into glass.

Basil Lemon Drop

5 large fresh basil leaves

2 oz Vodka
2 oz Lemonade*

Muddle basil leaves in bottom of shaker. (Or use pestle to bruise the leaves.) Add cracked ice to shaker; pour in vodka, then lemonade; shake well. Strain into glass. Garnish with small basil leaf.

*Or substitute 1 oz Limoncello for half the Lemonade

Bellini-tini

1 oz. vodka
1 oz. vanilla vodka
2 oz. peach juice (or peach juice blend)

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into chilled glasses. Float a frozen peach slice in center for garnish.

Mistletoe Martini

1 oz vodka
1 oz citrus vodka
2 oz green apple schnapps (ie. Sour Apple Pucker)

Wet outer rim of martini glass with water & dip in coarse sugar to coat.

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into glass. Float a splash of grenadine in the center. (The grenadine will sink to create a green & red Holiday delight!)

Candy Cane Martini

1 oz vodka
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz white chocolate liquor
1/2 oz white creme de menthe or peppermint schnapps

mini candy cane

Wet outer rim of martini glass with water & dip in crushed candy cane to coat.

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into glass. Hang a mini candy cane over the rim for garnish.

Holly Berry Martini

2 oz vodka
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz. cran-raspberry juice


Wet outer rim of martini glass with water & dip in coarse sugar to coat.

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into glass. Float a cranberry in center for garnish.

Maui Sunrise

2 oz. vodka
2 oz. orange mango juice
1 tsp. fresh lime juice

1/2 oz. cranberry juice

Pour cranberry juice in bottom of martini glass. Combine vodka, orange mango juice & lime juice in shaker with cracked ice. Shake until blended; pour over cranberry juice.

Lemon Zen

1 & 1/2 oz citron vodka
1/2 oz Zen Green Tea liquor
2 oz lemonade

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake until blended. Strain into chilled glasses. Garnish with lemon peel twist.

Blue Pomtini (it's really more purplish!)

2 oz. pomegranate/blueberry juice (preferably Minute Maid Enhanced Juice)
2 oz. vodka
splash of fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients with cracked ice in shaker; shake to combine. Pour into chilled glass. Garnish with orchid if you are feeling exotic.

Maui Blue

2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curaco
2 oz. pineapple juice

Add all ingredients to shaker with cracked ice. Shake well; strain into chilled glass. Garnish with orchid.

Orange Crush

2 oz Absolut Mandarin
1/2 oz Curacao
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 & 1/2 oz orange juice

Combine all ingredients in shaker with cracked ice. Shake until well blended. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with thin strip of orange peel.

Pamplemousse

2 oz Vodka
2 oz fresh red grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients with cracked ice in shaker; shake well. Drain into chilled martini glass.

Limontini

2 oz Citron Vodka
2 oz Limoncello

Wet outer rim of martini glass with water & dip in coarse sugar to coat.

Combine ingredients with cracked ice in shaker; shake well. Strain into glass. Garnish with thin slice of lemon peel.

Lucky Lilikoi

2 oz Vodka
2 oz Passion Fruit syrup

Combine ingredients in shaker with cracked ice; shake well. Strain into chilled martini glass. garnish with an orchid.
